Through your work on our strategy and implementation projects, you will gradually take on responsibility for work packages, subprojects and ultimately entire projects that meet your qualifications. Through Qualification for the Leadership Position
In addition to client projects, you will also be given responsibility for the development of new tasks and the management of internal projects. According to your consultancy qualifications, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new projects and ultimately of new clients. Your development will be evaluated annually by management and will progress further together with a continuing development plan until you are at this point.
